In the last conference at IOACON 2013 at Agra, Our chapter got recognized as the 20th chapter of IOA. Myself received CEZ-IOA President appreciation award in 2012,2013 and 2014 in Patna, Bhillai and Ranchi respectively.
City club activities-we have four city clubs, namely Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dhanbad and Bokaro, which are meeting regularly to discuss academic matters and activities.
XIV Annual conference of CEZ-IOA /VII Annual conference of JOA was organized in JSCA Stadium, Dhurwa, Ranchi, capital city of state of Forests, JHARKHAND. On 12-14th September 2014. 123 delegates from six states and thirty faculties from ten sates of the country attended the conference.
The conference was inaugurated by Prof (Dr) Anand Bhushan, Chairman Jharkhand Academic Council. Prof (Dr) Anil K Jain and Prof ( Dr ) SC Goel were guests of Honour and delivered their lecture. Dr Dwevedi Pannag Bhushan presented the prestigious Late RP Singh Memorial Oration.
Best Paper award and CEZ-IOA Ganga Hospital award was given to Dr Pawan Kumar, Secretary JOA. PG Quiz was organized by Dr Govind k gupta as the quiz master and Dr Chimaya, RIMS and Dr Lokesh, Ujjain were awarded best and second prize.
JOA President appreciation award was given to Dr Shashikant Suman. Hon.Secretary read out the achievements of the year. The programme was a great success just because of you all. New office bearers were elected. Next conference of JOA will be held in the month of February/March 2015 in Dhanbad, Coal capital of the country.
